CHEF JERRY

Gerlando Micciche is a culinary wizard. Jerry has been a veteran of the culinary world for 27 years. He was born in Sicily Italy and came to Canada when he was 21 years old. He has worked throughout Europe, England, Canada and Mexico.  He has had the opportunity to work in the oldest and one of the most successful restaurants in Europe.

He has applied his vast knowledge at Peter and Pauls for the last 10 years. His domineer and passion towards food in nothing short of incredible. He leads the kitchen with confidence and ease.

Jerry assures the highest quality of food, presentation and care. Whether the event is hosted for 10 guests or 1800 guests the same amount of precision and consistency still applies.

No goal is unattainable, no task is to challenging and success is the only outcome Jerry will accept.
